Additional tenant: £120.00 (per person)
Referencing fee (guarantor): £60.00 (per person)

Tenancy renewal fee (shared cost with landlord): £52.50
Late rent charge: £30.00
Overpayment charge: £30.00
Landlord fees
Tenant find fee: 9.6% incl. of VAT (for the term of the tenancy)
Tenant find and Rent collect fee:e 12% incl. VAT (for the term of the tenancy)
Fully managed fee: 14.4% incl. VAT (for the term of the tenancy)
Arrangement fee: £163.50
Inventory/check in charge: see separate rate chart
Landlord renewal fee (shared cost with tenant): £52.50
Energy performance certificate: £60.00
Gas safety certificate: £60.00
