Julia Arden is our Sales Director and has been with us for 25 years. Julia has a wealth of knowledge of the local property market and has sold hundreds of homes throughout the area. Her expertise and straightforward approach has attracted and retained many clients for us over the years and now means that we generally have the best stock levels of any local agent.

Scott was educated locally and has lived in Poole all of his life. With experience in the finance sector, Scott joined us from a local independent firm. Highly motivated, he maintains the success he has achieved by listening to the needs and managing the expectations of both client and buyer.

With over 10 years experience in the property market, Nicholas started his career in London, selling luxury properties in the City and the trendy East End market. He moved to Brighton honing his skills in the bustling area of Kemp Town. Having been born and raised in Poole, the draw back to the beautiful South Coast was always present, so when the opportunity arose to work for such a prestigious Estate Agency as Lloyds, he jumped at the chance.
