Julia Arden is our Sales Director and has been with us for 22 years. Julia has a wealth of knowledge of the local property market and has sold hundreds of homes throughout the area. Ensuring that everything runs like clockwork and that our impeccably high standards are maintained, Sheila is our Group Administrator. Having been part of our team for 22 years, she knows every property and every client and is responsible for all of our advertising and presentation.

With over 10 years experience in the property market, Nicholas started his career in London, selling luxury properties in the City and the trendy East End market. He moved to Brighton honing his skills in the bustling area of Kemp Town. Having been born and raised in Poole, the draw back to the beautiful South Coast was always present, so when the opportunity arose to work for such a prestigious Estate Agency as Lloyds, he jumped at the chance.
